I’m Tiffany, a strategic creative leader who practices art direction, illustration and design. With a background in brand building and storytelling, I create work that resonates—blending design, narrative, and strategy to shape brands that truly connect.
I’ve led creative in-house in fast-paced startup environments, establishing brands that evolve and mature. I’ve also collaborated with many brands to bring stories to life, including Warby Parker, the New York Times, Kelly Wearstler, Disney/Pixar, and Herman Miller to name a few.
Whether developing a brand system or shaping a single, memorable moment, I aim to create work that doesn’t just look good, but feels authentically meaningful.

Process & Innovation
I led a creative refresh that supported the launch of four new clinics in LA while amplifying the issue of medical gaslighting as a critical women’s health concern. Compelling copy, paired with imagery of real women’s bodies, told a powerful story of what it truly looks like to receive competent, compassionate care—where women’s concerns and pain are taken seriously.
This refreshed campaign not only reinforced the brand’s message but also generated buzz during the LA clinic launches, ensuring women knew they could come to Tia to feel seen, heard, and supported.
As Tia grew, offerings expanded into skin care, bridging the gap between medical expertise and the deeply personal relationship people have with their skin.
By embracing a photography style that highlighted real skin textures—flaws, freckles, and all—we reinforced the honesty and authenticity that make women trust Tia.
To optimize performance and reduce costs, Tia transitioned paid social creative from an external agency to an in-house model. This shift brought creative closer to the rapidly evolving product, enabling faster iteration, tighter brand alignment, and a seamless feedback loop between marketing and product teams.
By integrating authentic storytelling with real-time performance insights, campaigns were designed to drive conversions while staying true to Tia’s mission.
To celebrate International Women’s Day, Tia launched a campaign honoring women driving meaningful change in healthcare.
The campaign featured 11 illustrated portraits, highlighting their impact and leadership—later earning recognition from Nasdaq.
Pinterest Talks Shopping is a series of 60-second spots designed to guide merchants on using Pinterest to sell their products.
The spots were designed to make the platform feel approachable by using playful, abstract visuals. Style frames blended DIY-inspired collage with elements of recognizable UI, ranging from simplified character animations to more realistic depictions of products. The goal was to make the content helpful, inspiring, and educational, while avoiding dry UI, bringing Pinterest’s features to life in an engaging and fun way.

Tapcart is the megaphone for brands—the ultimate hype man, amplifying merchants with loyal followings. It needed a brand system that matched its energy: bold, dynamic, and adaptable.
To achieve this, core design principles were established to maintain cohesion while leaving room for situational relevance and creativity. A key element of the refresh was the introduction of dynamic block shapes—an intentional nod to the app icon and Tapcart glyph. These shapes provided a strong foundation, grounding brand visuals while allowing for flexibility across different contexts. The result was a system that could scale effortlessly, keeping Tapcart’s enthusiasm and brand spirit at the forefront.
Custom Blocks was one of Tapcart’s most highly anticipated product features, introducing merchants to low-code capabilities that enabled them to create fully customized app experiences. This new functionality allowed brands to design apps that were truly unique and reflective of their individual identities.
Art direction and visual identity played a key role in the go-to-market strategy.

Balancing modern design with subtle nods to literature, art, music, and film, the challenge was to create a space that felt both timeless and locally inspired.
Drawing from Southern California roots, regional elements were integrated, ensuring the space connected deeply with visitors while reflecting the area's unique character.
