I’m Tiffany—an art director, illustrator, and designer inspired by the way visuals shape stories and create meaningful connections.
Over the last decade I have built brands from the ground up in fast moving startups such as Tia and Tapcart, while collaborating with leading brands including The New York Times, Disney/Pixar, Warby Parker, Kelly Wearstler, and Herman Miller to craft memorable visual stories. My experience spans print and digital mediums, from illustrated editorial pieces to narrative-driven interactive design, but I’m really passionate about translating stories into compelling visuals. Being an Art Director at Penguin Random House would be a dream come true!
I’ve worked with Disney as a freelancer, creating captivating work that fits the brand while still feeling fresh and exciting. I’d love the chance to bring that experience in-house and collaborate more deeply. I’m excited by the opportunity to bring my skills to graphic novels, manga, and visual storytelling in book publishing—overseeing design, collaborating with artists, and creating books that feel as immersive as they are beautiful. Whether shaping an entire publication or refining the smallest design detail, my goal is always to make something intentional, engaging, and built to last.

Hey, Penguin!
I developed conceptual, editorial-driven artwork tailored to nuanced and timely narratives for the New York Times. Each piece required distilling complex ideas into striking, adaptable visuals, demonstrating fluency in multiple styles and the ability to execute under deadlines as tight as 24-hour turnarounds.
The New York Times
A man comes to terms with dyslexia in school. He is shown struggling in the waves of his lined paper, to illustrate the overwhelming nature of having a learning disability.
Opinion | Defining My Dyslexia
Opinion | Hugh Hefner Was My Enemy
Prompted by the death of Hugh Hefner, the author reflects on the complexity of girls growing up in a post-Playboy bunny world of gender norms. An innocent girl holds her hair up in mock bunny ears to mimic the Playboy bunny.
Opinion | Stopping Climate Change is Hopeless. Let’s Do It.
The author writes about the struggle of feeling hopeless in the battle for climate change. A hiker overlooks a sprawling field of oil rigs in juxtaposition of a beautiful landscape to indicate the vastness of the problem.
Op Ed | Protect Our Farmland
This article is a call for a national commitment to protecting our irreplaceable agricultural land and getting new farm families on the land. The American flag is a backdrop to a flaming field of corn, illustrating the urgent and patriotic energy of the author’s letter.
A collaborative print magazine exploring nature and growth through written and visual storytelling. As Art Director and Designer, I worked on the development of the magazine’s visual identity—crafting a tactile, ephemeral aesthetic through analog collage, xerox manipulation, and margin drawings. This project reflects a deep engagement with editorial design, print production, and multi-artist collaboration.

Disney/Pixar
I collaborated with Disney/Pixar on two illustration projects, creating narrative-driven work that celebrates storytelling and culture.
Pixar Original Story: Bao
I illustrated a seven-panel comic for Pixar’s social media, telling the story of how director Domee Shi came up with her short film Bao. This project required capturing Pixar’s storytelling sensibility while distilling a filmmaker’s creative journey into a concise, engaging visual format.
I was commissioned by Disney to create an illustration honoring AAPI culture and representation in animation. This project involved blending my artistic voice with Disney’s brand to create a piece that resonated with their audience.
AAPI Heritage Month Feature: Russell from Up
I lead in-house creative as the Creative Director at Tia, the leading full-service women’s healthcare platform that provides gynecology, primary care, mental health, skin care and wellness services to women. Tia’s evolution was highly visible—growing from a digital-first women’s health startup into a trusted healthcare company with 12 clinics nationwide.

Out-Of-Home: Healthcare That Hears You
This out-of-home campaign supported the launch of four new clinics in LA while amplifying the issue of medical gaslighting as a critical women’s health concern.
Compelling copy, paired with imagery of real women’s bodies, told a powerful story of what it truly looks like to receive competent, compassionate care—where women’s concerns and pain are taken seriously.
This campaign not only reinforced the brand’s message but also generated buzz during the LA clinic launches, ensuring women knew they could come to Tia to feel seen, heard, and supported.
Changemakers
To celebrate International Women’s Day, Tia launched a campaign honoring women driving meaningful change in healthcare.
The campaign featured 11 illustrated portraits, highlighting their impact and leadership—later earning recognition from Nasdaq in Times Square.
I appreciate you taking the time to look at my work.
